The city of Cape Town is home to about 3.5 million people in South Africa. Cape Town's covered area is (948 sq mi) which is bigger than all the other cities of South Africa. Cape Town is considered as a very populous city in South Africa; commonly it is ranked as second most populous city of South Africa.
Geographically Cape Town is located on the north side of Cape Peninsula. The specialty of Cape Town is that it has a number of mountains on its land, and most of these mountains are even bigger than 1000 feet.

South Africa will be hosting FIFA World Cup 2010 so Cape Town will also be involved in the event and will host some of the games including the semi final.
